Scope of this draft
This page describes example logic for preview-local reservations only. It does not create a hotel booking, cancellation right, refund entitlement, or contract with Radisson or any resort operator.
No payment is collected or processed by this static concept. Any “refund” percentage below is a simulated status applied to an illustrative reservation total. No money is received, held, returned, or transferred.
The examples help visitors understand how a future booking flow might communicate timing and flexibility. A real property would need to publish and confirm its own rate-specific rules before accepting reservations.
Example cancellation windows
The preview may compare the local time of a cancellation with the illustrative check-in time shown on the reservation. For demonstration, a standard preview rate could use the following model:

These are design examples, not market offers. Dates, percentages, local cut-off times, taxes, fees, and rate conditions would all require review in a real service.
Illustrative rate differences
A prototype may display multiple sample rate labels. Their example treatment could be:
- Flexible preview rate: uses the example windows in the table above.
- Advance preview rate: may be marked non-refundable from the moment the local preview reservation is saved.
- Package or group preview: may display a separate sample deadline because activities, transport, or multiple rooms could require different planning assumptions.
The rate description displayed when a visitor saves a preview reservation should take precedence over these general examples. Neither one is a real commercial term.
How preview cancellation works
- Return to the preview booking page in the same browser and on the same device.
- If a saved preview reservation and management option are available, select the cancellation action and review the simulated outcome.
- Confirm the local change. The concept may update or remove that browser-stored reservation without contacting a hotel or payment provider.
Browser data can also disappear
Clearing site data, using private browsing, switching browsers, or changing devices may remove or hide a preview reservation. That is a limitation of local demonstration data, not a completed cancellation sent to a property.
Changes and interruptions
Because this is a development concept, its sample dates, rate rules, and local records may change or be reset during design work. The preview does not promise availability, continuity, accommodation, or assistance with travel disruption.
Visitors should not make transport plans, incur costs, or rely on any preview confirmation. Only a future authorized property channel could issue a real reservation and its applicable cancellation terms.
